Things are good 🦧 March 6, 2023

 Things are going well! This is gonna be quick because I don't have a ton of time so here's just a few updates!


Mike: he's doing pretty good! If you could all please pray for him! He's so close but just hasn't quite gotten there yet. Please pray for him!

Nicole and Fam: They're great were thinking of putting them all on date this week so hopefully next week I'll have some more to report.

Bales: They're so amazing! The ward just loves them and they're just amazing!

Hey Sam

This week has been a good week. We tore the whole basement out and started the remodel. I think I sent you pictures of all the full dumpster and the bathroom at the jackhammered.

It’s been snowing a lot which is good since we had such a bad drought last year.

Emily’s been running track and having fun with that. We ran into Ben’s parents at Dicks and they said he wouldn’t get home until October so he’s gonna have to wait to start school.

Andrews doing well and succeeding in school

I don’t know if Matthew sent you the picture of the scorpion that they found in their house this week oh yuck I’ll try and send it if you didn’t get it.

I have a widows and widowers conference this coming weekend. I am looking forward to that. I met lots of fun people in January, and will be excited to see them again.

 That's right folks, only four days left till I enter the field and I couldn't be more pumped. I am gonna miss my freaking awesome district though, no cap. but there's actually a few stories from this week so buckle up folks this email might be the longest one yet, a whole two paragraphs. Kickball: On Friday we played kickball with another district who was in our residency building just across the hall from us and it was tons of fun, but we lost miserably by like fifteen points. But I still had tons of fun. After the game the Elders from the district we played with came to give us a box of donuts to say sorry for absolutely destroying you, and in the box there was a single, solitary "L" shaped donut, it was a very well done prank. Miracle Muncie Baby!!

  Henlo everyone this week was pretty cool and Good I'd say. We had some pretty dope miracles met with most of our friends, planning on putting some people on date this next week...so like things are on the up and up over here! Here's some stuff MIRACLES: First Floor Last Door: We went knocking right before a lesson at this one apartment complex that was really close to the lesson and holy smokes   so we were knocking and kinda had a rough start but we knock on this one guys door, his name is Terry. We asked if he'd wanna hear a message and he was like "sure" so like usual we checked to see if we heard him right and then taught the restoration to him, gave him a Book of Mormon, asked if we could come back and he said yes. So were going back on Saturday! First p day

Hey everyone well it's only been three days but it feels like a lot has happened in just those three days, I met my district and comp and they're all really awesome people! My companion is Elder Kennedy and he is super chill. I can't wait to meet everyone in person though when I go to the Provo MTC this Wednesday, because right now it still feels kind of weird being at home even though I've been set apart as a missionary, I don't know quite how to explain it but it feels very surreal. Monday it felt like I was almost dreaming, because I've been anxiously waiting for this day to finally come for like a long time and now that it's here it feels so weird.  I know God loves you all and that He can help us through any trials we're facing, he's helped me a lot adjusting to missionary life!
