Sick and stuff 💀😷🤒🤕🤧Mon, Dec 5, 2022

 Hello everyone! This week has been good but slow. On Tuesday Elder Johnston woke up not feeling to good 😵‍💫 luckily it isn't Covid or nothing serious just a little cold but still sucks because we basically did nothing on Tuesday and Wednesday but on Thursday we had seriously one of the best Zone Confrence I've had on the mission 😎 like so super epic! Talked about a lot of really good stuff! But anyways here's some other stuff for you all 🥸

MIRACLES/TMOTLS:

Sick Day=Lesson Over Text:
So there's this lady named Amber who we have tried like one million times to try and have a lesson with and nothing. On Tuesday we texted her to just check in and well one thing lead to another and suddenly we were teaching the entire Redtoration to this lady over text...would I recommend it...probably not but its what happened. She actually was pretty invested in it and it was actually a cool experience.

UPDATES:

Mike: well Mike is dope!! We had a lesson with him on Friday and we talked with him about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and we started talking about Baptism and we talked about proper authority and stuff and we asked him if he came to know that the things we talked about were true would he be baptised and this dude says "well I mean I'd have to be" 😎 he also said as we were leaving "I'm so glad you guys found me" 🤠 so like please please please pray for Mike with all the energy of your hearts!!!!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT: 
This week's and the next couple are going to be centered around Christmas! Please take the time to watch this awesome little video and really think about what it is teaching. I'd love to hear your thoughts and impressions 😀

Hello my Son

Emily got off to Paris on Thursday. Her, Matt, and Hannah are having a wonderful time.

We got together with the Roberts yesterday. It is hard to see Uncle Greg. He looks so much like daddy and makes me miss him so

We went to the Festival of trees yesterday as well.  I loved fun and busyness. So many people. I was able to get divinity for my mom and loved that she was excited

Angies daughter Ashley asked me to take her cat Stella so I am now up to 3 cats 🐈‍⬛. Well on my way to crazy cat lady 😆😆

Getting excited to have Paul and Matt come home for Christmas

 That's right folks, only four days left till I enter the field and I couldn't be more pumped. I am gonna miss my freaking awesome district though, no cap. but there's actually a few stories from this week so buckle up folks this email might be the longest one yet, a whole two paragraphs. Kickball: On Friday we played kickball with another district who was in our residency building just across the hall from us and it was tons of fun, but we lost miserably by like fifteen points. But I still had tons of fun. Miracle Muncie Baby!!

  Henlo everyone this week was pretty cool and Good I'd say. We had some pretty dope miracles met with most of our friends, planning on putting some people on date this next week...so like things are on the up and up over here! Here's some stuff MIRACLES: First Floor Last Door: We went knocking right before a lesson at this one apartment complex that was really close to the lesson and holy smokes   so we were knocking and kinda had a rough start but we knock on this one guys door, his name is Terry. We asked if he'd wanna hear a message and he was like "sure" so like usual we checked to see if we heard him right and then taught the restoration to him, gave him a Book of Mormon, asked if we could come back and he said yes. So were going back on Saturday! First p day

Hey everyone well it's only been three days but it feels like a lot has happened in just those three days, I met my district and comp and they're all really awesome people! My companion is Elder Kennedy and he is super chill. I can't wait to meet everyone in person though when I go to the Provo MTC this Wednesday, because right now it still feels kind of weird being at home even though I've been set apart as a missionary, I don't know quite how to explain it but it feels very surreal. Monday it felt like I was almost dreaming, because I've been anxiously waiting for this day to finally come for like a long time and now that it's here it feels so weird.  I know God loves you all and that He can help us through any trials we're facing, he's helped me a lot adjusting to missionary life!
