 This week was awesome!! Like super duper alliupper epic! So here's the stuff 🤓

MIRACLES/TMOTLS:

Trailer Parks Our Gold Mines:
This week we've really been trying to focus on what works in our area and I've come to find trailer parks are quite effective. This week we found a guy named Wesley and a lady named Mary who both live in the same trailer park but we found them on different days and both seem quite open and intrested! Please add both to your prayers 🤠🙏

Cool Less Active Part Member Family:
We had a super awesome lesson with a less active part member family who lived in our area but now live in Clear Creek. We shared a Christmas message with them and they both seemed to very much like it and they said they'd talk about having the missionary come over in the future to teach them. So kinda cool there too please add them to your prayers (Brent and Linzie). 
 
UPDATES:

Mike: he's doing awesome! Still watching the Book of Mormon videos and liking them! We introduced him to our WML and they hit it off so we're going to have him come with us more often so Mike can start having an actual friend in the church and not just an acquaintance. Super cool and good! 😎

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
This week's spiritual thought is about the Spirit. This week I've really been focusing on following the Spirit and going where it tells me to go rather then just what might make sense. Holy smokes I've already seen way more success from it then when I wasn't trying to follow it. The Spirit works!! When we trust and follow the promptings we receive it works! So my invitation to you all this week is to follow the promptings you receive and have faith that there is a reason for them 😎

We have had a good week here. I am finally feeling better

Emily had a wonderful time in France 🇫🇷

I started my new calling as Primary Pianist and it was so fun. The primary is singing in sacrament for Christmas so I will have to play in church— aagghh!! Needless to say that is pretty scary but I will try

I had my Choir concert this week. Did you know I am in a choir

 That's right folks, only four days left till I enter the field and I couldn't be more pumped. I am gonna miss my freaking awesome district though, no cap. but there's actually a few stories from this week so buckle up folks this email might be the longest one yet, a whole two paragraphs. Kickball: On Friday we played kickball with another district who was in our residency building just across the hall from us and it was tons of fun, but we lost miserably by like fifteen points. But I still had tons of fun. Miracle Muncie Baby!!

  Henlo everyone this week was pretty cool and Good I'd say. We had some pretty dope miracles met with most of our friends, planning on putting some people on date this next week...so like things are on the up and up over here! Here's some stuff MIRACLES: First Floor Last Door: We went knocking right before a lesson at this one apartment complex that was really close to the lesson and holy smokes   so we were knocking and kinda had a rough start but we knock on this one guys door, his name is Terry. We asked if he'd wanna hear a message and he was like "sure" so like usual we checked to see if we heard him right and then taught the restoration to him, gave him a Book of Mormon, asked if we could come back and he said yes. So were going back on Saturday! First p day

Hey everyone well it's only been three days but it feels like a lot has happened in just those three days, I met my district and comp and they're all really awesome people! My companion is Elder Kennedy and he is super chill. I can't wait to meet everyone in person though when I go to the Provo MTC this Wednesday, because right now it still feels kind of weird being at home even though I've been set apart as a missionary, I don't know quite how to explain it but it feels very surreal. Monday it felt like I was almost dreaming, because I've been anxiously waiting for this day to finally come for like a long time and now that it's here it feels so weird.  I know God loves you all and that He can help us through any trials we're facing, he's helped me a lot adjusting to missionary life! I invite you all to read D&C 121: 7-8 because they are really awesome verses that have helped me a ton this week. Anyways love you all.  -Elder Roberts
