Christmas as a missionary is dope
This week has been really good! We had a lot of great Christmas activities throughout the week so it was really awesome! It was especially awesome having a very much Christ centered Christmas it was awesome! Here's some stories from the week:
Exchanges with Elder Grunander:
On Tuesday I went on exchanges to the Spanish elders area and it was super awesome! I couldn't really understand what was happening in any of the lessons but it was really awesome, I gotta bare my testimony in English and Elder Grunander translated into Spanish and it was just really awesome!
Zone Confrence:
Zone confrence was so awesome!! We had the usual trainings and stuff but then we did some Christmas stuff to and it was awesome! We acted out the nativity and it was really awesome!
Christmas Eve Carroling:
On Friday me and Elder Cook went caroling and we found this lady who was just like "oh yeah missionaries" and she was so freaking nice and liked asked for our calling card and some pamphlets and stuff and it was super awesome!!
An Unforgettable Christmas:
Christmas was so freaking good!! We started out by opening our gifts, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SENT ME STUFF!!!! After opening our gifts we went and met up with a ton of other missionaries and went and carroled at some of the senior centers in the area and it was so awesome and so much fun, there was this one lady, her name was Betty and she was so freaking happy to see us. It was really awesome seeing the joy that came to these peoples eyes as we sang to them it was truly unforgettable! We then went and visited some of the members in are ward who didn't really have anyone on Christmas and it was really awesome getting to see how grateful and happy they were to see us! We then had two dinners with some families in the ward and it was so awesome!!
Anyways this week was super awesome!! Lots of amazing experiences and an amazing Christmas and probably some traditions I hope to keep doing every Christmas because it was so incredible! I love you all and I'm cheering you all on! Keep going!
