Ballen up with the boys

 This week was pretty chill not gonna lie, still some rough stuff so please keep praying that I can continue to stay humble and not be a piece of poop  anyway this week I gotta meet the majority of our friends which is awesome!! Probably do a few updates on people but here's some of the good stuff from this week:

MIRACLES:

Ballen up with the boys:

So not so much of a finding type miracle as just God showing me he loves me but also at the same time a pretty cool finding miracle! So we had just finished dinner and were in the apartment and we saw this group of collage kids playing some ball over on the court that's literally right outside our apartment (which in of itself is a pretty dope miracle!) But anyways we were like were gonna go join them! So we yelled from our balcony, (were on the third floor which is not a miracle ), and asked if we could come play. They basically said heck yeah! So we went and joined them and it was tons of fun!! We've played with them a few times now but we also got to tell them about how we have a prophet and also how the church is kinda organised and they seemed to dig it actually so we're planting some mega seeds and I getta play basketball while doing it so it's a win win for everyone involved! 

Friend at church:

We had one of our friends come to church this week which is super awesome!! We invited him at one of our lessons and he said he'd try! And he made it! His name is Marty so please be praying for him! He seemed to really enjoy it to which is awesome! 

STORIES: 

Anderson Indiana, lots of crazy:

On Friday we went on exchanges with our DL and I went to Anderson Indiana and the exchange was going super well! And then towards the end of the night we were doing some contacting of some people in our area book and we rolled up to this one house and they have the BIGGEST auji (I think that's how you spell it ) board just chilling in the window! So were like well that's weird but the lady who answered was super nice and said to come back Wednesday so please be praying for Elder Brimhall and Parkinson 

Well like that wasn't crazy enough we went tracting after that and It was madness this lady came right out and we started talking with her and from inside the house you just hear yelling....Well this lady opens the door and is just like "shut the f up, we have company" (she didn't sat f though...) this happened a couple times and we were just like well come back another time and got her number and left it was madness  it was a crazy exchange, there's a few more things but honestly I don't wanna type them all out so that's were imma stop

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:

This week's spiritual thought comes from Presdient David O'McKay and its a really cool and powerful quote and here it is

"Man’s chief concern in life should not be the acquiring of gold, or of fame, or of material possessions. It should not be the development of physical prowess, nor of intellectual strength, but his aim, the highest in life, should be the development of a Christ-like character" (O'McKay). I love this quote so much because it really should be our main focus to become more like Christ so with that being said I want to invite you all this week to do the Christ-like attribute activity in the Preach My Gospel and to study about one of the attributes you "score" lowest in. I promise as you do you will begin to see that attribute begin to grow and start becoming a strength rather then a weakness!

Anyway that's all for this week! It's kinda hard to believe that another week has come and gone but here we are  welp I love you all a whole bunch and I'm cheering for you all! Keep fighting the good fight!!
