6 months, 26 weeks, 176 days, 4224 hours, 253440 minutes and 15,206,400 seconds
That's right I've been out for six whole months (give or take a few days) and holy smokes it's kinda flown by! It's hard to believe that six months ago I was just starting out, it feels like yesterday but also like ten years ago I've loved serving serving much, its been one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences ever! This week has been really awesome, and we had some stuff happening which is pretty cool so here's the stuff:
MIRACLES:
Fransisco and Karina:
Well we've actually been trying to meet with these two for a long time and it finally worked out this past Saturday! We went over and they immediately invited us in and we talked with them for a long time about a whole lot of stuff and we also taught about the Plan of Salvation and by the end Karina was just like "yes I like that a lot" it was awesome!! They also mentioned that Francisco's younger brother, Jesus (pronounced Hesus) who is 11 years old, has been asking a lot of questions about God and they were like "he should talk with you guys!" So were going over on Sunday Sunday meet with them and meet Jesus....oh get this they're feeding us too
they're from Venezuela as well so I'm pretty excited for the food

"Hey, come here" *Elder Roberts begins to panic*:
Well we were out tracting and we knocked on this one guys door named Jim, and we did a pretty typical introduction and he was like "nah man I'm already like 100% with that" so he wasn't interested
but we said "well do you mind if we give you a card with our number on it" and he said yes so I gave him a pass Book of Mormon pass along card, in hopes that he'd see the Book of Mormon and have questions. So we knocked on his neighbors doors and well we're just about to leave the idk how to spell it but it's like the circle thing
coldasaque?? That can't be right, oh well...anyways Jim comes out of his house and we wave at him and he says "come here" and I begin to panic because I assume were about about get bashed or something but the man says "here take this" and gives us forty dollars so we're like "ummmm why?" And he replies with "I don't know just for the heck (didn't say heck though) of it"
So send some mega prayers his way and I think something might come from it!!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
"I promise you that as you read [the Scriptures], your minds will be enlightened and your spirits will be lifted. At first it may seem tedious, but that will change into a wondrous experience with thoughts and words of things divine" (President Hinckley, April 1995). I love this quote so much because its so true! Sometimes reading the Scriptures can be very tedious but I promise as you put in the effort everyday to read in the word of God it will become a true delight for you! I invite you all to either start reading or keep reading and promise as you do you will feel the spirit in your life more and you will begin to see God's hand more in your life!
Well that's all for this week! We have one more week this transfer and it's very possible if not likely that it might be my last here in Avon which is quite sad but also I'm ready to see more of Indiana but we'll see what happens come this Saturday! Love you all and remember I'm cheering you all on! Keep fighting the good fight and don't ever give up! Thanks for all the support
